Epson to Launch the T3200-U3-2 Inkjet Printhead

Launching early April, the new print head is the same size as the previous T3200-U3, but with increased ink heating and structural improvements.

Seiko Epson Corporation (Epson) is launching the new T3200-U3-2 printhead as part of its PrecisionCore series in early April 2026 to meet growing demand in the commercial and industrial digital printing market.

The new printhead features a new structural design that allows ink to be heated up to 50℃, higher than its predecessor, the T3200-U3.

This design enables stable ejection and outstanding reliability and durability with a wider variety of UV inks. Compatibility with an expanded viscosity range gives these printheads access to a broader scope of applications in commercial and industrial printing.

Key features of the T3200-U3-2 include ink heating temperature up to 50℃, enabling compatibility with higher-viscosity UV inks and structural improvements for stable ejection and enhanced reliability and durability while handling a wider variety of UV inks.

Additionally, the new model shares the same external dimensions, electronic interface, and ejection performance as the previous T3200-U3, making replacement straightforward.
